Cheryl

Owner & Founder of Mojo Studios · Movement & Holistic Wellness Specialist

Alongside her physical disciplines of Yoga and Pilates, Cheryl has spent over 25 years exploring a wide range of healing modalities — including meditation, breathwork, sound healing, hypnotherapy, NLP, shamanic practices and plant medicine.

These practices have been deeply personal for Cheryl, helping her navigate and overcome her own challenges along the way. That lived experience is what makes her approach so authentic — she doesn't just teach these tools, she has been transformed by them.

Cheryl is now passionate about sharing these powerful modalities with others, holding space for people who are ready to go deeper, feel more, and reconnect with themselves in a safe and supported environment.

Spaces are intentionally limited

Dive Deeper

Everything you want to know

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in therapeutic sound frequencies and vibration. Unlike traditional meditation, sound gently guides the brain and body into a relaxed state naturally — no effort required.

Simply lie back, receive, and allow the body to respond.

Deep Relaxation

The nervous system naturally shifts from stress into rest and repair.

Emotional Release

Stored tension softens as the body feels held and safe to let go.

Mental Clarity

Reduced anxiety and mental chatter, and a sense of energetic reset.

Modern research is beginning to validate what ancient traditions have known for centuries: sound profoundly affects the nervous system and physiological state of the body.

A peer-reviewed study published in Medicina found participants felt more integrated, balanced, vitalized, relaxed and calm — with the majority feeling mentally clearer after sound healing sessions.

Sound healing is not a medical treatment. Many experience it as a powerful complementary wellness practice supporting nervous system care.

Nervous system regulation

Improved heart rate variability

Somatic release

Brainwave entrainment

Emotional processing

Mind-body coherence

Across cultures and centuries, sound has been used ceremonially to restore balance and cultivate presence. In yogic philosophy, the universe itself is believed to begin with vibration — a bridge between the physical and energetic body.

Many guests describe the experience as feeling suspended between sleep and meditation — a place where insight, restoration, and emotional integration naturally arise.

When the body feels safe, healing becomes possible.
