Reformer Fundamentals
Reformer Fundamentals focuses on control and alignment, teaching or reminding us how to hold optimal strength and technique whilst using our bodies on the reformers. This class is slow to medium paced, and is fabulous for beginners to learn or advanced students to remind and rehearse control in a variety of movement patterns. Slower does not equal easier, in fact it’s often in the last millimetre that we find our optimal range and where the greatest release and rebuilding of muscles occurs.
Express Reformer Pilates:
This is our Signature Reformer Pilates class condensed to a 45-minute EXPRESS class we will still hit all the right muscles, but at a picked up punchy pace. These classes are delivered at off peak times such as 2pm, 4pm, 8.30pm, and later in the day at weekends. So if the schedule suits, plus you also want to save time and money, then this class could be the perfect fit for you.
Advanced Reformer Pilates
The Advanced Class is for those who have mastered the keys moves on the reformer pilates machines, whilst holding core control with alignment and precision. It’s time to take it to the next level and build on your repertoire. These classes are carefully layered to enable each individual to explore new moves within the boundaries of your unique physiology. Explore, Develop and Evolve.
Reformer & Aerial Pilates:
This class is designed to strengthen and stretch, with a strong emphasis on the shoulder girdle. The silks provide a perfect support mechanism, enabling you to do moves that you might not be able to do alone. Learn to pull up your body weight, do a handstand, and hang upside down to decompress your spine. Add on our reformer pilates repertoire and you’ve got a transformational class packed full of fun and laughter along the way. Leave feeling longer, stronger, and strangely more relaxed after this creative combination.
Tower Pilates:
The Pilates Tower has been designed to offer a variety of benefits for individuals of all fitness levels. As with all pilates apparatus It’s used to improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Think with an emphasis on posture and alignment, this challenging class is often called physio inspired, as it’s intelligently created exercises are often used by physio’s to rehabilitate and strengthen major joints and spine. It may not be Reformer Pilates as you know it, but many fall in love with it when they give it a try.
Reformer Jump Board:
Reformer Jump Board classes are fab for building long lean muscle, and cardio strength. Fancy getting the legs of a ballerina, then this is your “go to” for sure. Just imagine some explosive cardio injections threaded throughout a killer core reformer creation, and fear not, no arm is left untoned! Try it, Love it, sorted!
Aerial & Tower Spine Corrector:
This class could keep the chiropractor at bay for a while, or at least be a complimentary solution to a stiff upper back. In fact this class is designed to train the whole spine to build on extension over flexion. Think the muscles used to do a back bend rather than slouch forward and down. Correct your posture after a busy week in the office (or home), release tight muscles through the whole body, especially shoulders and spine.
