We allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Unfortunately, if you arrive later than this, you won’t be able to join the class as it disrupts the session, and the full class fee will still apply. Please plan to arrive on time.

For safety and hygiene, grippy socks are mandatory during class. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at reception.
