There’s been some changes as we are adhearing to government guidelines, so it’s smaller classes, more space, less traffic in house and regular sanitisation / cleaning protocols in between.Â
We want to keep you all fit, happy and safe!
- Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before class for Building Entry
- Changing facilities are limited, please attend in your gym gear where you can
- Optional gloves, masks and water bottles are provided on entry
- Bring your own Mat to our Mat Classes or Buy one here
- Our Studio is now a shoe free Zone, socks are preferable
- Please do not attend if your have any COVID – 19 related symptomsÂ
