This class is best suited to those with a good base of reformer pilates , hence familiarity with the reformer apparatus. So if this sounds like you and you want to “bring on the cardio” for your reformer workout, book this high energy class to lift your fitness and spirits to new heights. Those with injuries of knees or backs, feel free to ask us if this class is suited to you.
