Catie has just rejoined us from her latest dance tour (yes–yet another professional dancer with a strong Pilates background!). Noga
Noga is our newest team member and another professional dancer who embodies Pilates and loves all things movement. Her happy, smiley, and soft energy can almost make the famous "reformer burn" seem calming and focused. An expert at embracing the mind-body connection through movement, she focuses on fluidity and rhythm. Her musical taste as good as her classes, and a great start or end to any day.
Jemima
Another Aussie in Clapham! For many Aussies, Pilates is just a way of life. Jemima has been practicing Pilates since she was 12–they are way ahead of the game over there! Having trained as a psychologist, Jemima recognises how important quality physical movement is for our mental and physical wellbeing. She's living her life in London for 2 years to soak up European culture and enjoy teaching her passion for Pilates to others, before life gets more serious!
Rachel
All the way from the Land of Eire, this Irish Lass can definitely deliver classes that will keep you on your toes from start to end! Rachel was introduced to Pilates while training as a dancer and fell in love with this exercise modality. With a lovely smile and joyful attitude, you'll find it easy to forgive her when she makes you shake!
Candice
Our wonderful new lead instructor from Down Under! Candice's passion for Pilates shines through in her classes. Coming from a professional dance background, Candice has made the transition to full-time Pilates teaching, class choreography, and timetable management. She loves formulating a variety of teaching styles from classical to athletic and beyond, making each class take you on a seamless journey through your body.
Holly
Holly is an Australian professional dancer who has been performing on stages all around the world for the past 10 years. Holly fell in love with Pilates through injury rehab and discovered how beneficial it is for the entire body, with both recovery and fitness goals. Going hand-in-hand with her love for teaching the next generation of dancers, Holly enjoys making her Pilates classes fun, creative, and challenging (always leave feeling the burn!).
